01 · Symptom index

What is your unit telling you?

Start with what you notice. Each row points to the most common cause and the visit that normally sorts it out — so you book the right job the first time.

03 · On the day

How a visit runs

No surprises inside your home. This is the order we work in, whichever service you've booked.

  1. 01

    Arrive inside your window

You'll get a message when the technician is on the way. Shoe covers go on at the door.

    Window confirmed the day before
  2. 02

    Test before touching

We run each unit, read airflow temperature and note any noise or leaks, so the "before" is recorded.

  3. 03

    Protect, then clean

Drop sheets under the unit, drip bag fitted, furniture below kept covered while we work.

    Nothing moved without asking
  4. 04

    Re-test and show you

Same readings again, side by side. We show you the filter, drain and coil condition in person.

    Findings sent in writing
  5. 05

    Clear down and go

Water, debris and sheets taken away. Your next recommended service date goes on the note.

04 · Care schedule

How often is often enough?

Service frequency depends on how hard your units work. Use the row closest to your home.

3 monthsDaily, all-night use

Bedrooms running every night, or homes near busy roads and construction dust.

4 monthsPets or allergies

Fur and dander clog filters fast; frequent cleans keep the air noticeably fresher.

6 monthsEvenings & weekends

Typical family use. Pair two general services with one chemical wash a year.

12 monthsOccasional use

Guest rooms and studies. A yearly wash stops mould setting in while it sits idle.

05 · Before you book

Good questions

The things people usually ask when they're deciding. Anything else, add it to the notes on your booking.

What should I do before the technician arrives?

Clear roughly a metre of space under each indoor unit and make sure the outdoor unit can be reached safely. If a unit is above a bed or shelf, we'll cover it — you don't need to move large furniture.

Is the chemical wash safe with kids and pets at home?

We use coil-safe, low-odour cleaners that are rinsed off completely before the unit runs again. We'd still suggest keeping pets out of the room during the wash itself, mainly so they stay clear of the water and tools.

Which brands and unit types do you service?

Wall-mounted splits and multi-split systems from all major brands, plus most ceiling cassette units. Tell us the brand and rough age when you book so the right tools come along.

Will it be noisy or messy?

The pressure rinse is about as loud as a vacuum cleaner for a few minutes per unit. All run-off goes into a sealed drip bag, and we clear everything away before leaving.

What if you find a fault during the service?

We stop, show you what we found and explain the options. Nothing beyond the booked service is carried out without your go-ahead, and you're free to decide later.

Can I change my visit window?

Yes. Reply to your confirmation message at least a day ahead and we'll move you to the next open window at no charge.
